Arnel served as the seasonal Director of Event Production at University of Miami in 2018, 2016, & 2015 for all employee health, wellness, and fitness events. San Pedro produced the Team UM villages at the Mercedes Benz Corporate Runs, which resulted in a record-breaking, largest team ever, two years in a row. In 2016, UM finally achieved its long-awaited goal and won the highly-coveted #1 Largest Team award, for the first time ever. According to the post survey, San Pedro’s production team also earned the highest overall event rating of Excellent.

In addition, San Pedro produced the Appreciation & Well-Being Week, and supported the Week of Well Being, Retirement and Long Service Award Recognition Event, and Take Our Children to Work Day. Many of these were open to over 28,000 people combined and took place on all 3 main campuses and in over 16+ satellite locations throughout South Florida.
